Today was the day for England's 2nd WoF Qualifier. I had an hour to spare before we were to meet in our various spots so I headed out to the Formicacidas for a quick hunt and warmup and got a 105 ped global on a Formicacida Strong.

Well the time came for us to meet up and Corby, ter, Razorfire and myself got together at Akmuul to form the WoF England Elite Support team before heading out to get the Attacker global we needed for bonus points. We tp'd out and then had to wait around for a while as a team was late showing up at the start. While we were waiting I got a couple of PK's. Anyway, the start was announced and off we went. I had to do another PK and then Razor and ter got the global we needed, 58 ped Attacker Generation 09 for 4 points. We stayed a while longer in pvp4 and ter got a nice global off of a PK lol. I died about 3 times and got another 2 PK's before we split off to support various players.

I headed down to near the Rig to meet up with Slapnuts as his close support. Also supporting were Jakster and Achma who were doing a fabulous job and didn't really need me there for the Armax. Anyway, Slappy slaughtered all his Armax herd and then we all headed into the PvP area where ter joined up with us. I tp'd ahead and collected some mobs to run back for Slappy to kill. This I continued to do for about the next 2 hours and what great fun it was! Running, collecting and being chomped on by about 10-20 Atrox and Armax at a time lol

The event finished at 3pm and I headed over to the finish to hear the results. I was amazed to find out how many teams had been competing at the same time. Anyway, England's provisional final score was 360 points!! Absolutely amazing result!!
I have to say what a fantastic job all the teams did, not just the main team but all the support teams as well who were globalling so well on Gokis. I got this screenshot below at one point with 3 England WoF teams globalling!

After the WoF I was shattered but had Champions League tonight so Lorfat, Slappy and myself flew up to CND before I logged for a rest. Tonight was Domes 6-10 so I was feeling fairly optimistic as Dome 9 is normally pretty kind to me. I started off very well with the first global of the event in the very first minute! 64 ped Atrax Alpha which shot me to #1 spot on the list but not for long lol

I didn't get another global until near the end and all it was, was a 50 ped Atrax Guardian. I had a terrible time in this event. The spawn was very low, the mob maturity was dire - mostly Dominants - though I did find 2 Prowlers which were both no-looters. At least I got the 2 global points I needed so all I had to get was 2 PK's which I almost managed to achieve so full bonus points for the 3rd week running. I finished the event in 12th place overall.

After CL I headed back down planetside before taking a break. I came back later to try a hunt on Hoggs and see if my looting was any better. It wasn't it was diabolical! 800 ped ammo and a full hunt on Hoggs and not a single global so I was not happy! I decided to try one more hunt down at the Rig. Having been there all afternoon but not actually killing anything I hoped this might be a good run. I got 3 globals but nothing special, 62 ped Atrox Alpha, 82 ped Atrox Dominant and a 56 ped Armax Bull Guardian.
